Description
The machine is installed at the end of the processing line and is designed for the automatic filling and weighing of boxes with the finished product until the specified target weight is reached.
The product enters the receiving hopper and is conveyed along an electromagnetically driven vibratory channel.
The vibration intensity can be adjusted to regulate the feed rate. At the end of the channel, a fine-feed gate enables greater precision during the final dosing stage before the product falls into the box through the discharge hopper.
he boxes are supplied by an external system and automatically positioned on the weighing platform by a conveyor belt. A set of photoelectric sensors monitors their presence and position, initiating the filling cycle once a box is correctly positioned and the weight reading has stabilized. While one box is being filled, another remains on standby, ensuring continuous operation and maximum production capacity.
