Seasoning Drum

This machine is specially designed to achieve the desired salt level in a variety of products. It can operate in either continuous or batch mode, with capacities
tailored to specific requirements. Different seasonings can also be added.

The machine is connected to a main electrical control panel, from which all functions are managed. A timer automatically controls the drum’s rotation cycles, while start and stop controls allow the operator to initiate or
halt rotation.

The drum is raised and lowered using hold-to-run push buttons, ensuring that it moves only while the operator keeps the corresponding button pressed. The machine also features an emergency-stop button and thermal protection devices to ensure safe operation.

The drum-lifting mechanism is driven by a geared motor equipped with a brake, while drum rotation is powered by a second, independent geared motor
