Flour Machine

Designed to produce flour from nuts such as almonds, peanuts, etc.

INPUT

500 – 2000 kg/h approx

POWER CONSUMPTION

4,1 – 40,7 kw approx.

Description

The operating principle of the flour refining machine consists of first breaking down the nuts, either in this machine (if supplied with a cutting head) or separately using an additional machine, and then grinding them into particles of various sizes until the desired particle size is achieved (refining process).

The machine receives the preconditioned product through an inlet hopper located at the top. Beneath the inlet hopper is a feeder tray that uses an adjustable-power vibrating system (electromagnetic feeder) to convey the product towards a set of toothed rollers, which break it down into smaller particles if fitted), or directly towards the refining rollers. A scraper is located against the lower outer section of each roller to remove any product adhering to its surface.

After passing through the cutting rollers (if fitted), the product falls through two or more levels of stainless-steel refining rollers, where it is ground until the nuts are transformed into flour. The product is then discharged by gravity through the outlet. Depending on the machine model, it may have two or more levels of refining rollers

The distance between the rollers is adjustable in order to obtain different particle sizes.
