Description
El producto se introduce, previamente acondicionado, en la máquina a través de la tolva de alimentación superior. Éste cae a una bandeja acanalada donde un dosificador regula el flujo y posiciona correctamente el grano para su corte.
Preconditioned product enters through the upper hopper and falls onto a grooved tray, where a feeder regulates the flow and positions each kernel. Two circular-blade rollers direct it towards a central blade that cuts it in half.
Each half enters one blade roller, and rubber rollers press the blades to complete the cut.
Extractors between the blades release the slivers, which fall towards the outlet hopper. Heads with circular blades and rubber rollers produce slivers; heads with rubber rollers only produce halves.
Twin-head versions allow selection according to the required cut type or calibre.
