Description
The orbital sifter is designed for the precise classification of seeds and other granular products according to size. Thanks to the oscillating motion generated by two vibratory motors fitted with counterweights and positioned on either side of the machine, the product moves uniformly across the different screening decks, ensuring efficient and consistent separation.
The product is distributed over a series of screens or meshes with different aperture sizes. Smaller particles pass through the corresponding openings, while larger particles continue along their path to the outlet assigned to each fraction.
As the product passes through the different screening decks, it is progressively classified into different sizes. The finest particles, dust and impurities are discharged through the machine’s bottom outlet.
