Description
The aspiration system continuously removes light particles from the product, including dust, fibres and skins. As the product passes the suction inlet, an air stream generated by the fan captures these impurities, allowing the clean product to continue to the next process stage
The particle-laden air is conveyed through the pipework to the cyclone separator
(negative-pressure separator), where it enters tangentially and creates a
downward helical flow. Centrifugal force projects the solid particles against the
separator walls, causing them to settle in the lower section.
The accumulated waste is continuously discharged through a rotary valve, while the clean air rises through the central duct. Finally, the air passes through a bag filter for additional filtration before being released into the atmosphere
