Description
The product enters the turbulence chamber,
carried by an adjustable stream of pressurised water. The resulting vortices move the
product while the heavier particles sink and collect at the bottom of the machine for subsequent removal.
Once the foreign matter has been separated, the
water and product from the separator pass into the washer and over a perforated sheet that drains the product, removing as much water as possible. The water flows into the collection tank through the drain pipe. The product then advances to the outlet, ready for the next process.
The washing machine can be supplied with an auxiliary machine consisting of a delivery or recovery tank designed to reduce the separator’s water consumption by recirculating the flow.
