Roasted peanut and hazelnut peeler

The roasted product is fed into the machine by a vibrating feeder that forms a uniform, constant curtain. It passes between two grooved belts, each held vertically by a pair of rollers.

As the belts run at different speeds, they remove the peanut skin and split the peanut into halves. Product and skin fall onto a vibrating tray with a screen that advances the material while separating smaller pieces. The peanut then enters an aspiration separator, where the product continues to the next process and the detached skins are extracted.
