ROASTING / SEASONING

This process consists of cooking the processed product with or without hulls by the means of hot air.
Optionally, a seasoning process can be added.
Maseto roasting and salting processes are careful and highly effective methods that preserve the product surface thus obtaining a homogeneous result of highest quality.
