Description
The product enters the machine by gravity through the feed hopper and is distributed onto conveyor flights that move it lengthwise along the cooling belt. During transport, a continuous flow of ambient air generated by an overhead fan passes through the product, gradually reducing its temperature until it reaches the conditions required for the next stage of the process
