Dicing Machine

The preconditioned product is fed into the machine through the upper feed hopper.
As an option, some models may be equipped with a container support frame
that allows direct discharge from containers.

An electromagnetically controlled vibratory feeder precisely regulates the flow of product to the cutting rollers.

The toothed rollers, driven by one or two geared motors depending on the model and the number of cutting heads installed, cut the product into uniformly sized cubic pieces. The cube size is determined by the type of rollers installed and can be changed by replacing them with rollers of a different size.

Once cut, the product falls by gravity into the discharge hopper. A scraper-comb system helps remove any product adhering to the rollers, ensuring continuous flow and efficient operation throughout the process.
