Description
Product passes from the inlet hopper to a vibrating feeder that ensures continuous, uniform flow. An optional grading screen can remove smaller particles through an independent hopper.
Compliant product is distributed over conveying trays and passes through the thermal treatment zone, where strategically arranged burners apply controlled heat and induce the structural changes required to achieve the specified elasticity.
It leaves with optimum characteristics for the following production stages.
