The product is deposited onto the vibrating conveyor tray, where it is conveyed continuously by a unidirectional vibratory motion generated by the drive system.

The tray is mounted on fiberglass leaf springs that act as elastic elements, allowing the assembly to oscillate in a controlled manner. The motion is generated by an electric motor which, through a belt-drive system, powers a vibrating shaft equipped with an eccentric weight and one or more elastic connecting rods. The drive frequency is adjusted to match the system’s natural frequency, enabling resonance operation that provides uniform conveying with very low energy consumption.

low-maintenance operation.
