The cylindrical toaster consists of a series of cylinders with double cover heated by steam or thermal oil, through which the product passes to be roasted by the means of the contact with the hot surface.
A homogeneous sesame roast with the ideal humidity conditions is thus obtained for the subsequent production processes of Tahini.
