A system of removable trays of exclusive design and easily dismantled, which are the means of transporting the product to the interior. These trays are constructed of stainless steel and have apertures for perfect ventilation. The movement of the trays is regulated according to the needs of the product.
The doors located all around the perimeter offer the possibility of access to the interior for the correct cleaning.
It is equipped with an automatic control of product permanence in the interior and temperature regulation, in order to adapt these parameters to different types of products and requirements.
This machine, being modular, includes the possibility of expanding the production.
