Description
The product enters a sifter with several screen decks whose holes have specified dimensions to ensure correct size separation.
After travelling along the screen, the product is directed to the outlet corresponding to its size. Before moving on to the next machine, an aspiration system removes any lighter particles. These particles are carried through different channels to the side outlets.
Depending on the channel, they are either discharged directly or first sent to a vibrating conveyor mounted at right angles above the sifter, which facilitates shell discharge through the side of the machine.
